Bank wires are the quickest method for funding your GoldSilver account and are not restricted by us regarding the amount you can transfer.
Here are some key details:
- Sending Wires: You can usually send a wire transfer by filling out a form in person at your bank. Some banks also offer the option to send wires online or via fax. Please check with your bank for their specific procedures.
- Fees: We do not charge fees for incoming bank wire deposits. However, we do apply a $25 fee for wire withdrawals. Be aware that your bank may impose additional fees for sending wires, so it's a good idea to inquire about any potential charges.
- Wire Instructions: To avoid delays, ensure that the wire instructions include both your name and your GoldSilver account number in the beneficiary fields (sometimes labeled as OBI1 and OBI2). Your financial institution should be familiar with this process.

On average, domestic bank wires take about (1) business day to be received depending on your bank. International processing times for wires can vary.
