When you place a purchase for delivery, your transaction may show up in two lines in your account history. Here's why:
- First Line: Purchase of Metals (Buy for Delivery)
- The first line reflects the initial purchase of metals. Once the transaction is executed, it will be marked as "Executed". This is when your order is confirmed, and we begin preparing your items.
- Second Line: Order Shipping Status (Delivery for Buy)
- The second line shows the current status of your order before it ships. The status could show as "Pending Shipment" until we prepare your order for delivery. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping, it will update to "Shipped", and a tracking number will be generated for you.
