We’ve redesigned our portfolio pages to better reflect physical holdings in the secure vaults offered at Gold Silver. The "Investments" page was a summary, that primarily displayed the value of assets in storage, but did not update when purchases were sold, shipped, transferred, or converted. Although it did list your past purchases and what the price is today, it was limited and outdated.

We realized that inconsistencies in this display could lead to confusion, so we’ve taken steps to improve accuracy.

Here's what you can count on moving forward:

1. Accurate Holdings Display: The new "Portfolio" page shows only what’s currently within our vaults, giving you an accurate picture of your stored assets to sell or deliver at any time.
2. Trade History Access: You will continue to have complete access to your trade history, including purchases, sales, and locked-in prices. This information is available at any time to assist you in reviewing your investment details. How can I view my order history?
   All selling prices are still available and can be found under the INVEST/SELL section. Where can I find the Buy Back Price? Our team is available to provide you with a quote over the phone, based on your confirmation of quantity, since metals are outside of our custody.
3. Improved Transparency: This update means you’ll always know precisely what’s securely stored with us, offering greater transparency and peace of mind.

While the Investments page has been retired, we've kept the Sellback Values section available online, where you can still easily track the estimated value of your portfolio for metals that are outside of our chain of custody. This should provide a clearer and more reliable way to manage your investments.
