In order to process a request from storage through the account yourself you will need to have an available cash balance, if you do, please follow the steps below! Should you wish to arrange delivery to or from an international address, or if you would like to pay by credit/debit card, please call us at 888-319-8166 or email support@goldsilver.com.
Simply log into your GoldSilver account and navigate to your HOLDINGS to click on the product or vault location.
By clicking into and viewing the metal holding, you will be presented with a SELL, DELIVER or BUY MORE option.
Select the metals and enter the quantity you would like to have shipped. The shipping fee will be presented for your approval.
If you accept the fee, you can use your available cash balance.
For security reasons, we do require proof of address before dispatching your holdings. Delivery may be sent to the verified address associated with your approved account. If the address on your ID does not match the requested shipping address, additional address verification is required. Our team will reach out to you with a specific request including instructions on securely submitting that information to verify your order.
Please note: For any international shipments, the shipping and insurance paid to GoldSilver does not cover any international customs, duties, or fees. GoldSilver cannot ship to OFAC sanctioned countries. Please review this list for the current up-to-date restrictions. Special requirements are needed for all international deliveries or shipments over 250k value. Please contact customer support at (888)319-8166.
How do I take delivery of InstaVault Gold and Silver?
