Step 1: Set Up a Verified Storage Account
Before we can ship internationally, clients must first have a verified account with us that allows for storage. This is because international purchases are initially held in your personal storage vault before being shipped.

Why Is This Required?
- Consolidation: Items are first received and stored to allow for accurate weight, dimensions, and handling.
- Security: Verification ensures the items are linked to a valid and authorized account holder.
Step 2: Make a Purchase for Storage
Once your account is verified and set up, you may make purchases as normal. At checkout or order time, indicate that the items are to be stored in the preferred vault.
Please note: You will not receive a shipping quote during the initial purchase. If you wish to get an estimate, please contact support@goldsilver.com after you have established your account.

Step 3: Request International Shipping
Once your purchase is complete, please allow up to two full business days for the item (s) to be available in storage.
