All orders are fully insured until signed. GoldSilver is not liable for any loss or damage if the following occurs:
• You have left instructions with any carriers or a delivery service to leave parcels unattended or without the need for a signature
• You have given instructions to leave your package with someone else such as a building manager or a neighbor
• You have specified a delivery address where a third party may sign for your shipment
