As part of our account validation process, you will be asked to verify your residential address as registered on your GoldSilver.com account.
What You Need to Do:
Provide Proof of Address
Please upload a digital image (scan, photograph, screenshot, or PDF) of one of the following documents:
A utility bill (gas, electricity, water, or landline telephone)
- ID (Drivers License with Address)
Important Requirements:
The document must clearly display your full name and residential address
The address must match exactly with the one listed in your GoldSilver.com account
The document must be dated within the last 90 days
P.O. Boxes are not acceptable as a residential address
If you reside in a country where bills are typically sent to a P.O. Box, please submit utility bill that shows a supply address (i.e., the physical service location).
Upload Your Document
Go to the ACCOUNT DOCUMENTS section of your GoldSilver.com account and upload the image or file securely or email
Take photos using a cameraphone, and you can use the GoldSilver.com website on your phone to upload the photos directly into your account.
Most online banking services will allow you to download a PDF statement which you can upload as evidence of your banking details. Please note that we do not accept screengrabs.
