When opening a new account or accessing your transitioned account, you have the option to choose a "Delivery Only" account or a "Verified" account. If you select the Delivery Only option, you can make payments using a credit/debit card or via instant ACH. Before you start purchasing, please ensure you add a payment method to your account.
If you attempt to make a purchase without a payment method, you may encounter an error message or an API response indicating "error undefined." We are currently addressing some technical issues with our new system, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Once you've updated your payment method, you can proceed with the checkout process. Simply select your desired product, then click "Next" to confirm your address and payment details.
Please keep in mind the following for Delivery Only accounts:
- We only ship to physical addresses. PO Boxes and FedEx/UPS/USPS pickup addresses are not supported, as shipment insurance is void in these cases.
- All orders are fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery.
