Forgot your password or can't log in?
Click the Forgot Password link on the login page. You'll receive a reset link by email. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Getting a "new device" or security alert?
If you're logging in from a new device, browser, or location — or using a VPN — you may receive a security notification or be asked to verify your identity. This is normal. Check your email for a verification link or code and make sure you're not blocking cookies or running browser extensions that interfere with the login process.
Having trouble with SMS two-factor authentication (2FA)?
If you're not receiving your SMS verification code, try the following:
- Make sure the phone number on your account is current
- Check that your carrier isn't blocking short-code messages
- Contact us and we can help update your 2FA method or verify your identity another way
Browser or reCAPTCHA issues?
If the login page isn't loading correctly or you're stuck on a reCAPTCHA:
- Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox work best)
- Clear your cache and cookies
- Disable any ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily
- Make sure your browser is up to date
