Important before you start: Selling and withdrawing are two separate steps. Once you confirm a sale, your price is locked and the sale is final. Funds then take 2 full business days to settle before they appear in your Available to Withdraw balance. You'll need to initiate a withdrawal separately after settlement — it does not happen automatically.

To receive payment by wire, go to ACCOUNT → BANK ACCOUNTS → WIRE WITHDRAW to add your bank details before initiating your sellback. Note there is a 48-hour hold on newly added wire accounts.

Steps on how to sell metals from your storage account:

1. Login to your GoldSilver account online and scroll down until you see HOLDINGS

3. Choose which assets you would like to sell. 
   
4. Enter the quantity, e.g. 1 
    
   
5. Acknowledge all sales are final and select CONFIRM 
    
    
   

REMINDER - To withdraw funds, this is a second step after you sell. When selling it takes 2 full business days from the trade date in order to withdraw funds. To receive payment via WIRE, please go to ACCOUNT>BANK ACCOUNTS>WIRE WITHDRAW.
