Once your payment clears, we will email you a parcel tracking number from the carrier according to the estimated timeframe listed under your product. Please note all items in your order ship together once they are available. For added security, we require an adult signature so your order is not your liability until the parcel is taken into your possession.
U.S. Shipping
The speed of your shipment depends on the payment method. During checkout, you will be provided an estimated dispatch time based on which method you choose.

International Shipping
GoldSilver delivers gold and silver bullion to 93 countries. Every international shipment is fully insured. Due to additional time required for customs processing, most international customers receive their metals 6-8 business days after payment clears. GoldSilver does not handle duties, fees, or taxes associated with importing items to your country. Those are your responsibility.
Many international customers bypass customs delays by having their precious metals shipped directly to private vault storage.
When you choose to store your metals in our third party vaults, you always have the option to ship to your address later. Or you can take possession of your metals in person at one of our vault locations around the world. You can also sellback metals in storage online. Many GoldSilver international customers choose private vault storage for its flexibility and security.
