- Competitors' service prices, pre-order or trade-in offers, and special daily or hourly sales.
- Any financing offers, bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items not in as new condition, credit card offers, gift card offers, and installment plan offers, whether offered by GoldSilver.com or a competitor.
We reserve the right to suspend the price guarantee, at our sole discretion, when market conditions warrant. The website may not reflect these changes at all times; please contact customer service for up to the moment status.
How do I request a price match from GoldSilver.com?
When making a purchase, or during the premium guarantee period, price match requests from GoldSilver.com are handled via phone. Please call 1-888-319-8166 or the appropriate local/international number. Tell the representative you are requesting a GoldSilver.com price match, and provide the details of the lower premium still in effect that you want us to price match. We will review and verify the price match request, and complete your order over the phone.
At this time, price adjustments cannot be completed via e-mail or live chat on our website. Shipping/delivery charges will not be included in the price comparison.
A price match request after a purchase from GoldSilver.com may only be requested either by the person to whom the product was shipped, or by the person who was billed for the purchase.
How do I show "proof" of price?
The best way to show proof of price is to notify us of the website address of the designated major online retailer. We may check the website address of the designated major online retailer to verify the lower price and availability of the item prior to issuing a price match.
Does GoldSilver.com match the price if it results in a price being below GoldSilver.com's cost on a product?
Yes. So long as the price match requested is on an identical immediately available product and all other price match criteria are met, and the order total does not exceed $5,000 US dollars in value.
Are competitors' services eligible for price matching?
No. Due to the differences in services being performed, GoldSilver.com does not match competitors' service prices. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as shipping, storage, lending, and customization.
How does your price match policy apply to pre-orders and backorders?
Because GoldSilver.com places an offsetting trade to replenish its inventory, the price of pre-ordered and backordered products is fixed at the time of order, not shipment. We will continue to honor the premium guarantee for the period specified in the details of this offer from the initial purchase date.
I have not yet paid for my order in full; when does the premium guarantee take effect?
We can only guarantee your premium for 7 days from the time of the initial purchase, no matter the payment method. That is because we must place a trade for the eligible product at the time of the initial order to replenish our inventory, and thus our own cost is locked in when you agree to complete a purchase, not when the purchase is paid for.
What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?
Sometimes a qualifying competitor will advertise a product in ads and on its website as having limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has advertised as limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. Likewise, if GoldSilver.com has a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.
Does GoldSilver.com price match "free gift with purchase" offers?
No. GoldSilver.com does not price match "free gift with purchase" orders. This includes free gift card with purchase offers.
Does GoldSilver.com price match offers with financing?
GoldSilver.com does not match competitors' financing offers, or a price that can only be received when using the competitor's credit card to complete a purchase.
Does GoldSilver.com match competitors' sell back or trade-in prices?
No. GoldSilver.com does not match our competitors' sell back or trade-in prices.
How does the Price Match Guarantee apply to coupons?
GoldSilver.com does not match competitors' coupons or special offer codes. Also, customers can either use a GoldSilver.com coupon code or price match to a lower price, but not both. GoldSilver.com does not allow our coupons to be used on a product that has a price match applied.
Does the Price Match Guarantee Apply to purchases made on the mobile app, or on OroPlata.com and other non-English-language websites?
Yes. GoldSilver.com honors its prices regardless across all channels and for all customers. Any property managed by GoldSilver.com is subject to the same Price Match Guarantee and other terms of service.
