Update on Home Delivery Shipping Delays – February 17, 2021

If you ordered bullion for home delivery recently, there is now an additional delay on your order.

Our vaulting partners are based in Texas. And, unfortunately, due to severe weather events that have forced brownouts and extensive power outages, they are now behind on shipping out orders. 

At this time, we're working to find out the status of parcels and update customers as soon as we can. 

This is a challenging situation on the heels of a surge in demand from the "silver squeeze" – your patience is greatly appreciated. And rest assured your metals are secure and will ship ASAP.
