If your order status is "Shipment Requested" that means payment has cleared and we've requested that your parcel be shipped to you as soon as your metals are available. It does not mean your order has shipped yet. We're always working hard to get parcels out as fast as possible and update estimated shipping times at the time of your order. That is about the time you can expect your order to ship.
Your parcel has shipped when you see your order status updated to "Full Order Tracking Received." That means your product is ready, a shipping carrier has been selected, and tracking is available.
