For major account changes, formal documentation may be needed. Please email support@goldsilver.com a color copy/photo of your ID or upload it to our secure document center in your user settings for verification.
To enhance account security, changes to your email and mailing address must be processed by our customer support staff.
EMAIL CHANGE: To change your email address, contact support with a photo of your valid government ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) and your old and new email addresses.
ADDRESS CHANGE: To update your address or add a delivery address, send a request to customer service with the new address and attach a photo of your ID and a recent utility bill confirming the new address.
Note:
- Use photos from a cellphone camera, not scans.
- For joint accounts, include both owners’ IDs.
These steps help protect your assets.
