Shipping to your door from storage is very easy and you will create the transfer online. For your convenience, I have included step by step instructions below:
- Start by signing into your GoldSilver account and click on MY ACCOUNT
- In the top right, under WELCOME (your name) - you will see an option for storage, click on your storage holdings.
- Select the SHIP TO HOME option.
- Select the metals and enter the quantity you would like to have shipped to you.
- Enter your shipping address - Once this is entered, you will be provided the shipping fee.
- If you accept the fee, enter your credit/debit card and billing information and submit the request.
Once completed, our team will review the request and you will receive an email with documents to review, sign and return to us along with a clear color copy of your valid government-issued photo ID that clearly shows all four corners of the ID.
Once these completed forms are received by Support@goldsilver.com, we will send them to our compliance team for review and update you every step of the way.
For security reasons, we do require proof of address before dispatching your holdings. If the address on your ID does not match the requested shipping address, additional address verification is required. Our team will reach out to you with a specific request including instructions on securely submitting that information to verify your order.
Please note: For any international shipments, the shipping and insurance paid to GoldSilver does not cover any international customs, duties, or fees.
