How to open attachments sent from Support Team

For security purposes, all attachments with have a two-factor security lock. In order to open the attachment sent to you from our customer support team please do the following:

  1. Please be sure you are signed out of your account before attempting to access the attachments sent via email
  2. Click on the attachment sent to you - it will navigate you to log in to GoldSilver.
  3. Once logged in, please go BACK to the email with the attachment from Customer Support
  4. Click on the attachment sent a second time - it should now be unlocked and open
