For security purposes, all attachments with GoldSIlver.com have a two-factor security lock. In order to open the attachment sent to you from our customer support team please do the following:
- Please be sure you are signed out of your GoldSilver.com account before attempting to access the attachments sent via email
- Click on the attachment sent to you - it will navigate you to log in to Goldsilver.com
- Once logged in, please go BACK to the email with the attachment from Customer Support
- Click on the attachment sent a second time - it should now be unlocked and open
